Guest guest
Hi New comers, I have also never heard that term before, but my guess would be a " Stay At Home Mom " . Is that correct Missy? We are glad to have you and all the new people in our group here and especially we're excited to have so many new members recently. This is a great group and everyone is really open and for the most part very respectful of everyone elses opinions and ideas. I have 3 children, ages 4.5, 2.75, and 10 months. The older two are girls and baby is a boy. The older two have High Functioning Autism and are doing pretty well now. My husband and I and our kidos live in the Portland area of Oregon and our most current and exciting news is that we are in the process of getting our first house. Yayyyyyyy! Welcome! --- McKinless wrote: > Hi Missy, > What's a " SAHM " ? > My daughter is 11 and her younger brother is also > diagnosed with ASD. > > > --- Missy and Brent Pearsall > wrote: > > > Hello Ladies, My name is Missy. Guest guest
Hi Missy! Welcome! I just joined a few months ago after my 2 yr old was diagnosed with CA and SID...its still really hard for me as we are still utilizing EI services from the state, but we are beginning the transition process into the public school. Where are you in PA? I am in Bridgewater, NJ. We were diagnosed at CHOP...Life has been hard for me since getting the diagnosis, but it helps put each day into perspective, and that is how we live and enjoy each day---we try not to look to far ahead. I have met wonderful people in my locale area and on-line its nice to have support from around the country--our lives aren't all identical, but we all have some of the same issues in common. Email if you need anything.... - In Autism_in_Girls , " Missy and Brent Pearsall " wrote: > > Hello Ladies, My name is Missy. I am a SAHM to two wonderful children. Guest guest
Hey Esther, is your husband feeling better(I think you said he has Crohn's)? I thought maybe if you were getting a new home, he might be feeling a bit better (which of course will make your life a little easier, right)! So happy for you.
