Revere father, but unreliable Talk to mother but eventually she says something that is way to inapproiate or simply insane and then conversation is over sister is ok in small doses I give a lot of slck to neices and nephews as they are kids and teens and(you get the picture) My daughters are mostly good (the younger one only calls for something, the older one is ok but I cannot be in a car when she is driving Genreally I get along with my immeadiate family and I see my extended family only every 5 or more years or so, so in esssence I have very little contact (I can handle most anyone that way )

(I spend a lot of time with prep) I am less nervous if I have a task. This also works for anything. I volunteered at an anime convention once. This got me in past the crowd, and I kept busy the whole time, doing my assigned " jobs " since I had a purpose I could handle the event because I was largely removed from the crowds. If I had to be in the line I would not have gone
Guest guest
As far back as known, family have always been too apathetic towards each other and periodically inclinded to quarrels, to have any tradition of get togethers. Do you think a majority of families have them? Or is it a specifically American tradition?

" I really do not know if it is just an American tradition or not. Family reunions happen about once a year in my family. Guest guest
Fortunately my family is not too big, but they are hard to deal with unless in small doses. Last Christmas I told my mum I not having her and my brother over for dinner this year. I love my mother and brother, but I really can't deal with the arguing and my mum just seems to know how to rub me and my brother up the wrong way. My son does not like the arguing either and since neither of them (my mother and brother) know how to behave at times I going to save mine and my son's sanity this year. I probably will still visit my mum over Christmas and possibly see my brother if he about too. > > Do you love 'em or hate 'em.
