- Almond Milk and stuff

We took Freddie off of dairy completely!!!!!!! Giving up cheese was TOUGH!!!! Now Freddie drinks Blue Diamond almond milk and coconut milk. His ice cream is coconut mint chip (way better than chocolate mint) and his yogurt is made from coconut milk too. No soy in his diet as it interferes with absorption of sooooo many minerals/vitamins and prescription drugs. The almond milk adds the sweet flavor back to the dull/sugarless cereal we have sitched too. He made the wsitch with no problem.

Just talked with a mom this morning about dairy. Her son (ADHD) had real aggressive behaviors on dairy. On the advice of a allergy specialist they took him off all dairy and the aggression went away. They tried to re-introduce dairy and the aggression came right back immediately? Freddie just had serious mucus issues on dairy, constipation too!

No processed food anymore either. So many FABULOUS changes since we made changes to Freddie’s diet. No weight loss though? We see Endocrinology next week.
