There have many new and old meds. available and many people live a fairly normal life. I still work full time and the disease has been manageable with the proper care. My test results came back negative in the beginning also. I never used to like to take any medicines, but now I take over 10 pills a day and you just get used to it. I also take Remicade which is given every 8 weeks. If you saw me on the street you would not know I had RA.
