Do you know how it would help reduce symptoms in someone with PANDAS? Does

it thin the blood maybe?

<I may be wrong, but I don't think that ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil, ect)

crosses the blood brain barrier to alleviate brain inflammation - steroids

do.
