Guest guest
Cami, Not that I wish this on anyone, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who has it in the back, too!! When I saw my orthopedist last week, he asked me how I was doing. I told him I feel like a fu**ing hypochondriac!! He just smiled at me and said that RA will make you feel that way, but you may be many things, a hypochondriac isn't one of them!! LOL <<sigh>> When it gets bad for me, and I'm not flaring too badly, I get up and do some exercising on my Total Gym. That seems to help some.....Marina --- In , " Cami DeFries " <gsplovers@e...> wrote: > > Marina, > > Isn't the back the worst?! Ugh!! Guest guest
Marina, I'm a weight lifting freak! LOL! It does help...exercise in general seems to help for the most part. Now if I could just get over this 'slump' so I could actually have the energy to get up and do ANYTHING! LOL! I think I'd rather be a hypochondriac...at least then when a doctor told me it was all in my head, he wouldn't be an idiot! Cami > > > > Marina, > > > > Isn't the back the worst?! Ugh!!
