Matt will get on a treadmill a few times a week. Also, we bundle up and go out

with the dog. One of those big exercise balls or a medicine ball (can find

these things cheap at Marshall's, ect) make for some fun. We found a game

called cosmic catch at the toy store. It's kind of a nerf ball that talks and

tells you who to throw the ball to (you wear colored bands on your hands) and

it's fun. I know it's not easy, but even if you can 3-4days a week in, it'll be

of some benefit.

relieve some of the mental anxiety that our kids go through. My son's OCD has

not gone away but it has gotten better partly due to the fact that if he keeps

busy he tends to forget what he was obsessing about. However, like I said it's

only temporary. For ex: he plays hockey now and sleeps better, doesn't think

about anything else so that's a positive but we still deal with it just on a day

to day basis which is what I think is all we can do sometimes.
