But I thought all those millions of security cameras were supposed to prevent this kind of thing, or at least get the ID of the attackers? Guess not. Sounds like it was some kind of gang initiation, beating the daylights out of an innocent person to prove you "man" enough to be in the gang. Aught to bring in the military on a limited basis to crush the gangs. Arrest the members and make them fight gladiatorial battles against other gang members. That would cull the herd sharply and make the state money when the contests were broadcast pay-per-view.
