Taking alot of pain meds?

Hi Tammy, another tip for you. I eat a handful of walnuts before bedtime and for

the first time in my life I am regular. Almonds will work the same way but I

happen to like walnuts better.

Good Morning All! We all know what taking alot of pain meds does to

us,or me anyway-bathroom problems!! You know-stoumach cramps ,you sit

forever and nothing!! Well I found something that works for me and

wanted to pass it on to the group.I take 2 tablespoons of Mineral oil

each night before bed.I know what you're thinking.Mineral oil-

YUCK!!,But believe it or not if you put it in orange juice and stirr

realy good before drinking it up in one gulp you only taste the

juice.It is very gentle and everything comes out fine in the end-

lol.Hope it helps. It sure has helped me.May you all have a happy and

Frosted Mini Wheats do the same thing for me. A bowl for breakfast

and sometimes I'm in the bathroom before I can finish it.
