Rick Walters of the Stark County Coroner's office said the Ohio Department of Health contacted the county office this morning about testing the boy, who was pronounced dead at Alliance Community Hospital, for the virus, which has infected seven Ohioans. Stark County has no confirmed cases of the virus. Walters said health officials continue collecting information from the boy's parents, who appear to be migrant workers and have another child. It's unknown when the family moved to Alliance.
