Simple solution. Since they love fights so much, make those employees fight in their own club. They can either be pitted against each other, or more productively, make them fight against prison inmates with a history of violence. Promise those inmates special favors like more cigarettes or money in their prison accounts if they win, and I'm sure those residents would get a series of severe drubbings that would be very popular on the internet. I'm certain they won't like it and would sue to stop it since most of those fight voyeurs are cowards and couldn't take what they dish out.
