Thus, the number of the infected has reached 8 541 people in 36 countries. Seven new deaths of the new virus were registered overnight bringing the total global death toll to 72. The greatest number of new cases have appeared in the USA, followed by Mexico where A(H1N1) started. Two new countries appeared Saturday on the WHO swine flu list - Peru and Ecuador. 100 cases of swine flu have been registered in Spain, 78 - in the UK, 14 - in France, and 14 - in Germany.
