Guest guest
I don't know but I would think that odor and the appearance of the urine would matter.? Is it different than normal?? Sometimes infection can make it more concentrated or smelly.? Kelley in NV OFFtopic- flank pain This is offtopic, but does anyone know if you can have a kidney infection without painful urination? Only symptoms are flank pain, chills and low grade fever. Thanks, Stormy
Guest guest
Yes, my niece gets them quite often, and often her symptoms are just as you described. I would get it checked, just to be safe.
Guest guest
When you have a fever, you do ache, but the flank pain could indicate a urinary problem. It could be a kidney stone that very often leads to infection or it may be a simple bladder infection. This is something not to foul around with so please go to your doctor. Guest guest
HI Stormy, My cousin had ONLY severe back pain(doubled over) and she had a kidney infection that put her in the hospital for a week. I would get it checked out. Hugs Judy
