I've been thinking about this one and have decided to answer.

I think there is also a great deal of Girl-boy bullying that goes unreported as well. In my own experience, the girls were very cruel to each other, particularly when they were competing over the attentions of the few popular boys. They were also very mean to the unpopular guys, like myself. Most of the time this was simply a matter of exclusion, meaning that I was ignored and shut out, but there were times of direct harassment, quite a lot of it really. Not much of this was face to face, but rather a rumor campaign behind my back. I also know that other guys were bullied by the girls too.

There wasn't a lot we could do about it. All the teachers we female and typically wouldn't listen to any such stories about the girls. A few times I was scolded by the teacher for tattling or trying to get a good girl in trouble. So, we just had to put up with it and try to avoid trouble as much as possible.

In my case it wasn't very hard to do since I stopped being invited to parties held by girls by 6th grade, but so were one or two other guys. That was quite annoying, but not as annoying as being at a party and ignored the whole time.

I had the misfortune of attending an all girls high school for a very short

time. I found the girls not very nice at all, very b*tchy; I couldn't survive

long in such an environment and ended up very ill, then transferred to the local

high school that was both male and female pupils, which although wasn't

fantastic was better than an all girl school - so yeah, I remember how bad some

females can be.
