Guest guest
hmmm! interesting! I do eat pretty healthy, (most everything you listed), but I do have night sweats every single night, so maybe that's my problem! I wonder if that could also be one of the reasons why I am feeling so lethargic the last few weeks. Can't seem to shake it. I just thought it was the aftermath of the week with my brother's brain surgery and throwing a 50th anniversary party for my parents, back to back. I have rested two weeks now and am still not up to par. Taking long naps every afternoon (haven't had to do that for years, literally). I have been feeling the fatigue of my earier days with Stills and am wondering if I'm working on losing my remission (if you can call it that!) Anything's possible, I suppose. How is the picture taking coming along, Darv? I got another great sunset the other night! Think I'll go make some Artichoke dip or some guacamole! lol mmmm! Guest guest
I know I need to curb my sweet tooth. And I have known for a very long time that sugar makes me lethargic and tired feeling and too much of it definitely has an effect on my levels of pain. I try to only have something sweet in the evenings and even then I am probably getting too much given what they have found out about the amount of sugar we really need vs what we get. Haven't had a chance to do any photography this week and I think I still owe you an email on that topic. We are having an air conditioner installed at home so this week I have been prepping the site. In other words, I have been picking all the trash that got piled up where the compressor unit goes. They are supposed to install today around 10 or so. Debating on whether to go out and take pictures this weekend or take it easy under our new conditioner. :-) Darv _____ From: Stillsdisease [mailto:Stillsdisease ] On Behalf Of Daycare4Hm@...
