Guest guest
I thought you guys would find this interesting. I have twins, daughter is typical, son is ds. They both get those rashes but his is much more severe. We have used Altabax on both, it is expensive but works quickly and completely. He has been symptom free for months now, sis gets the rashes half as often. These are not some ds problem, I am proof. My daughter fights them off naturally more effectively than my son though, probably due to multiple previous heart surgeries. Doc says it is a "staff type" infection. He's a great doc, vice-pres. of the ds board in our state, very kind and accomodating. I do think it is much like any other problem in that some treatments work, some don't, you have to figure out what is best for you.
