He never should have been put up in the first place. The only reason he was put up by Blago was because Blago wanted to cause troubles on his way out and he played the race card. He knew no one would seriously oppose Burris because of that, and they didn't. The Congressional Dems have a real mess on their hands because they said they wouldn't seat him, but did anyway. Now they have a real mess on their hands with another corrupt member and dirty dealings exposed.
