accommodating teacher at college

My dd called from college and is so far doing well. I hope it lasts!She is

taking a Psych class and was so excited because her college professor told them

if anyone has a mental illness to come talk to him after class. So, she did. He

told her if she is ever having a problem to come talk to him. He also told her

that if she is struggling to shoot him an e-mail and he will work with her to

adjust deadlines, etc. She was really happy with how he handled things. This

wasn't even part of the disability services which she will also have, but just

something he told any students with a mental illness. I thought that was pretty
