Could SID and tics go hand in hand?

Hi im new here...my son who is 7 yrs old was dx with SID when he was 3 with a

questionable dx of ocd...he just started grade 2 on weds and that night as he

was lying down to sleep i noticed he was ticking alot a head shake and nose

wrinkling...ive watched him the last few days and its the same he does it only

at night...hes in a very large class this yr almost 35 kids its very

loud...could this be causing the tics the anxiety? of a large class? also he

very organized everything in it place kwim?
