Guest guest
The article states that doctors can list another cause of death for these patients, something other than assisted suicide. This will indeed mask the numbers of patients murdered by the state. Abortion doctors have for decades listed patients who died from abortion complications as dying from something else, so as to hide the actual death rate. Non-fatal complications are hushed up in the same way. Washington state is following Oregon's lead. If someone costs the State too much money, kill them. There is already going to be a push to get these laws passed nationwide. I predict that once health care in nationalized, Euthanasia will be worked into it. The only question is will it be the elderly (voters) first, or screened fetuses that aren't perfect? It will eventually apply to almost everyone that isn't, in Daschle's own words, "young and healthy." Well, the elites will get the best future health care ever has to offer, but they one mustn't expect them to play by their own rules. Need a job? Find employment help in your area. When people are around someone else who is sick, it allows the other people to develop an immunity to the sick people. Eliminate the sick people and it reduces the chances of the remaining population to withstand an illness when it comes around. There is a flipside to everything that looks good. Example, back in the early eighties, when all you could get from sex was an STD, people said: " Hey all! Let's have unprotected sex with anyone whom we choose! " Now we have an HIV/AIDS epidemic which has killed 20 million people and has infected 40 million more that we know of. Guest guest
The article said: " Oregon’s Medicaid program sent her a form letter saying it would not cover the cost of the drugs. " Maurice said: " So do private sector health insurers never say this? " Tom says: Private insurance companies reject coverage or portions of coverage all the time. However, Medicaid is a government program. Under the new healthcare system being proposed, if you are sick, you go to a doctor, but if the doctor determines a course of treatment, the government healthcare program might not pay for it. So what good is it? People will go to the doctor, find out what they have, but not be able to do anything about it. Their only alternative will be to get private insurance, and the rates will be going up for that because the private insurers will be insuring the most sick of all the people the government rejects. Alternatively, a person could pay out of pocket, but because doctors will be getting poor compensation from insurers, the price of doctors' visits will go up, thereby making standard medical care unaffordable for most people. All this stuff was talked about BEFORE the last election, but people got caught up in the smoke and mirrors election tactics and ignored the facts, figures, and projections.
