I've ordered some that should be in tomorrow. We've never tried it before

but I'll let you know if I see any difference after we try.

I did search the archives and I appreciate your reply. I did look up the powder

and it looks expensive. Anyone know an inexpensive source?

Hi Terry,

Inositol is a form of vitamin B. I use Source Naturals, and I order it from

iherb.com. There are many articles online about it and it's effectiveness with

OCD and anxiety. I believe they suggest 12-18 grams a day, but I think that's

for an adult. The most common side effects with higher doses are stomach upset

and diarrhea, but if you start low and build up, you may avoid this. I started

my son, now 10 yrs old and 70 pounds, with 1 gram a day, and increased every 3

days until I saw improvement.

If you search the archives here, you'll find older messages about inositol and

the dosages that others have used.
