I would suggest buying some OTC yeast infection med and swabbing the

area. If she's fussing a lot you could try smearing some in her diaper

and then putting it on her. It's also good to use probiotics for her

stomach. If she will eat it and isn't restricted diet, yogurt is good

to help her " even out " .

Yeast is very common for all kids in diapers, more so for autistic kids

in diapers, so it very likely is. When my son got them as a baby, we

just used OTC Lotramin, it works great. Also, reduce sugars in her diet

if you can, and have her eat yogurt or take acidopholis or probiotics,

which you can find in any health food store, or some grocery stores.
