I'm sorry to Patty, I'm sorry Darvin, and sorry to the group. Right now I feel like one sorry gal! As for the enchilada's, they ARE spectacular! My daughter made them for her boyfriend (she's TOO white like me, he's 100% Mexican, and they have a gorgeous son) and he said " You make very good white girl enchilada's!
