I'm new here too. I joined after the reality of my prognosis set

in...it has taken four years for me to accept the fact that this just

isn't going to go away. I have done everything in my power to help

myself, including eliminating all sugar and refined food from my

diet, getting proper rest, exercise, etc, but I just keep getting

worse. Does anyone else have a problem with gluten? I have been

diagnosed with RA, lupus, & celiac disease...once I stopped eating

gluten I must say it helped me tremendously. I never knew I had

celiac...this is a whole new world to me. But the diagnosis of lupus

sure explained a lot, and in one sense, that alone makes me feel

better, at lease emotionally. I don't talk about it to people much

because, of course, I " don't look sick " despite the fact that I can't

put on my own clothes many days...sigh... But here's my question,

does anyone EVER get well? I mean...seriously....does anyone EVER

get well?

Welcome Beth,

I am sorry about your diagnose, but glad your here with us. I have

asked the same thing. I do everything to get better, and I am just

worse. So, what do we do? I don't know the answer to that one. It

is so frustrating, and no one knows how much, unless they have a day

in are shoes. I get depressed a lot, it seems like I am not in

control of my life now, and it's scary. I am looking forward to

knowing more about you.

God bless, Tawny
