I finally got up the nerve up to try something with a yoga flow: Mountain to chaturunga, to down dog, to warrior 1 & 2. Enough time has passed that I finally felt like I wasn't going to have another blowout. I am ecstatic. Each time I came to standing, I was so relieved that it felt normal. I needed this particular practice. OMG that is so good, !!! What a scary feeling, but yet such a good feeling all at the same time. Enough time has passed that I finally felt like I wasn't going to have another blowout. I am ecstatic.  Each time I came to standing, I was so relieved that it felt normal. I needed this particular practice. I need a good yoga practice before I can start lifting seriously, or before I try to incorporate running intervals. I am celebrating with you, as we all are, so awesome!!!! Remember too, that not only were your doctors fantastic but YOU were determined to recover fully and you put tremendous effort into pacing yourself and doing what you could (not necessarily what you wanted but what you could) to be a huge factor in your recovery.
