Friday - Couch to 5K and Stretch

Hi Everyone,

Today was Couch to 5K, Week 3, Workout 2 which was the same as Workout # 1:5 min warm-up walk90 sec jog90 sec walk3 min jog3 min walk90 sec jog90 sec walk3 min jog3 min walkThen, I jogged for 2 or 3 more minutes and then just walked until I hit 3.5 miles at under 40 min.I added on a recorded classical stretch episode.

If I decide to keep up w/ my running and try to get some outdoor runs in - I may end up tweaking the Slim Rotation to have only 2 Slim workouts a week when I get to the tougher "Slim Series" phase of the rotation. But, I will play it by ear! :) Just don't want to aggravate anything especially since everything is really going well right now for my body! :)
