Jen's exercise for Tuesday 02/21/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 2Tonight I did Project YOU - Foundation - 30 minutesI wore my fitbit and it said that I burned 117 calories, 1,865 steps and 0.71 of a mile...not bad!I'm awful at the combination for the kickboxing and the mamba...I hope that I improve...I may have to do this workout more than twice to get the hang of it.Otherwise it was pretty easy for me, Jen
