Guest guest Posted February 21, 2012 Report Share Posted February 21, 2012 Jen's exercise for Tuesday 02/21/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 2Tonight I did Project YOU - Foundation - 30 minutesI wore my fitbit and it said that I burned 117 calories, 1,865 steps and 0.71 of a mile...not bad!I'm awful at the combination for the kickboxing and the mamba...I hope that I improve...I may have to do this workout more than twice to get the hang of it.Otherwise it was pretty easy for me, Jen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
