My foot woke me up last night, I think it might have been the lunges because of the forward motion and pressure on the toes but I'm not sure (I try to keep my weight back but I always wobble, I hate lunges with a passion). I was determined to do something, anything, today too though and decided to avoid lunges (besides my quads are so sore, I'm shocked but loving it) and just did the 15 minute Easy Walk off Austin's walking workout and then the 10 minute stretch on the same DVD. It wasn't much but it felt good just to do something. I've iced my stupid foot 3 times today for the first time in this journey. I kept saying I would then didn't but after last night I actually wanted to try it. If it were August, I'm sure I wouldn't mind so much but in February it is a bit more challenging to introduce anything cold to my body on purpose! We'll see how tonight goes. I go back to the doc tomorrow evening too, probably another cortisone shot.

I'm behind on email and not trying to catch up right now, just wanted to post this anyway.
