For the summer, I would actually like to schedule in LONGER workouts b/c I have more time in the morning - camps usually start at 9 as opposed to schoola t 8:15 - so that gives me some extra time during the summer to do my hour long workouts PLUS a stretch......instead of during the school year where I have about an hour to get it all done...if I go longer during the school year I end up having to rush too much.
