Guest guest Posted February 24, 2012 Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 Jen's exercise for Friday 02/24/12 Project YOU Rotation - Day 4Tonight I did Project YOU - Foundation - 30 minutesI wore my fitbit and it said that I burned 111 calories, 1,540 steps and 0.58 of a mileI did better this time around with the kickboxing moves. I have trouble with the section where you do 2 knees then a kick then step back. And also when she says you have two opponents but I think I'm doing a lot better now.
