The guy's are usually more of our quiet members but we appreciate them and all our quiet members very much. Read your labels be careful of what you take the doses amounts even with vitamin supplements. High doses of vitamin A is not liver friendly causing liver and blood vessel damage. Tylenol to high of dose per day and by using 2 products containing tylenol can cause severe liver injury. Buddy I feel for you working outside in this heat fatigue is going to be very rough on you. You need to stay hydrated throughout the day but be careful of what you are drinking - some sports or power aid drinks are nothing but extreme amounts of sugars and caffeine. Good old water lots of it is still sometimes best. You didn't mention your stage of Hep C liver disease or if you had a liver biopsy or not. Chronic Hep C having it for awhile will not go away on it's own progressions will continue Dr's can't predict who will progress or when or which patients will reach all the stages. I'll post for you a leading Hep Dr's views on chronic Hep C and treatments. There has been medical research Hep C for different races and if any different medical problems or different reactions to treatments. Honestly Hep C is such a new disease epidemic and with developing treatments there is still conflicting evidence as to different outcomes medical problems for blacks or for different races around the world.
