Guest guest Posted September 15, 2005 Report Share Posted September 15, 2005 HI All!Well I started taking Mobic yesterday and it made me feel so much better that I decided to do some house cleaning.Bad decicion.I am sooooooo paying for it today.It is all I can do to write this message.I have had this " flare " for 3 weeks now.I would love to hear from others on how long their flares last.There has got to be something I am doing or not doing to cause it to last so long.Resting dosen't help and moving dosen't help.I eat pretty healthy-when I can eat.When I'm in alot of pain I can only eat little portions or I will be sick.O.K.
