I am slowly coming to the realisation that I perhaps need to get a smidge out, because of reflux, because of not feeling hungry and because of the fact I am not loosing weight. I have tried eating today even when I am not hungry - going to do that when I can in the day now. I am like you I won't eat at night, unless I have to for a social thing. It's just too hard...
