Although I must admit it must be 18 months since I've had any Things are going okay, feel I'm making some bad food choices lately, but have been playing silly head games with myself I think. With the really horrible weather we had in Melbourne yesterday, 43o and I was driving around all day, I got myself a little sunburnt and was unable to go swimming this morning. I've become overwhelmed with guilt about it, which makes me want to emotionally eat. On my second cup of soup this afternoon already. Hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow.
