Guest guest
Today was so much better. Everything was better today, thankfully. I walked about 3 miles, but I forgot my pedometer. I don't think I made it to 10,000 steps. The train was delayed due to police activity, and I had to take the shuttle to get to work on time, so I missed out on that leg of the walk commute My back felt better, so I was closer to my normal walking pace without any pain pills. It still hurts with impact, but no back pain as long as I don't land on my heels when I'm walking. I took the stairs at BART at normal speed, and no headache. Feeling very hopeful that the procedures did the trick. It was crazy busy at work, but I got tons done. It's great to be able to concentrate again. I'm starting to feel like my old self again. Boy, my brain was a bit scrambled for a while there. The daydream:Walking home it occurred to me that I might be able to go for a short bike ride on New Years Day. I always love riding that morning while everyone is home sleeping off the booze. Very few cars. Last year I couldn't do it because my hand was in a cast, but the way I'm feeling today, I think this could happen. I haven't been on my bike since August. Wouldn't that be grand? Happy workouts!
