WOW, I can't believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve!

I have done a leg workout since my hip/back was hurting. I had down to do Pyramid Lower Body yesterday, but skipped it. I got it done this morning. I pray my hip stays OK.

I always use DB for the leg presses and static lunges. I then pick up my BB for the squats/plie. Just works better for me.

I decided to wear my HRM this time and I burned 290 calories, avg 130, max 163

Leg press 12/15/20/15/12

Static lunge 12/15/20/15/12

Squats/plie squats 30/35/40/35/30

Deadlifts - SKIPPED~~

Calf raises

Floor work:

Hamstring raises, pull ins, inner thighs, ball squeezes and glute raises.
