Good morning!

I decided last night that I was going to do the rest of the TLT workouts before making my final decision to sell them. Besides, I still hadn't done any with Traci and I like her a lot better then Jen.

I went with Endurance For Movement with Traci and I'm so glad I decided to not sell these yet. I had a lot of fun with this one. This one had more cardio in it and the time just flew by.

I'm going to do them all and then just keep the ones I like.

I burned 368 calories, avg 127, max 161. My heart rate didn't go sky high but I still got a decent workout. So I guess I'm eating my words right now lol.
