Piloxing

Just finished with Piloxing.More standing Pilates and ballet style stuff then boxing, but I think it was a pretty balanced cardio workout. The floor work is pretty short with donkey kicks and ab work. She is a little hard to understand b/c she has a heavy accent. I haven't done that long of a workout in a while so it felt good. There doesn't seem to be a set structure like 2 minutes cardio 5 minutes toning, it just kind of goes. I finally got my Grandmother's Xmas card, my neighbor had it! That ticks me off that they had it this time and nobody bothered to knock on my door in the last 2 days to give it to me. They know how to knock on my door when they want stuff though. We kind of needed that for his next trip for his Chemo cycle, gas and meds and all since the hospital is 1 1/2 away. At least we have it know,

but I hope the mail carrier starts paying attention instead of talking on his blue tooth. I will surely file a complaint (AGAIN) when the PO is open again. He has been known to put outgoing bills in other people's mailboxes instead of their mail. The guy just doesn't pay attention! Happy New Year! Not sure what we are doing yet, been trying to find something to do that doesn't require spending over $50. No good movies are playing, roller skating and bowling are pretty expensive in this area, and we are not interested in clubs/bars (not really healthy for DH anyway!)
