I usually don't take off during the week, but I had to this time. I knew I could get it in this morning with all the time I needed. So Friday's workout was cardio and triceps from S & H. This was my final body part and I'm now done with this series. I started out with Amy Dixon's Give Me Ten More and did the cardio blast and lower body workout. Then I did S & H triceps. Overhead French press (3 sets) 12 reps 25 Lying extensions ( 3 sets) 12 reps 12/10/10 Kickbacks (8 slow reps) (3 sets) 5 Dips (skipped) I burned 307 calories, avg 134, max 171 Have a great weekend and a safe New Year!~~ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
