Guest guest
Thanks for the review, ! I like her all strength ones too, like Ripped, Slim & Lean, Ripped & Chiseled.. haven't tried the others but have watched them. Someday I'll do a Jari rotation! So many workouts, so little time! I'm going to take X-Train with me to Kauai - half of them don't use weights, and the other half do but you can also use bands, which are easy to pack in the suitcase I also hope to bring some PiYo - I still haven't done the newer format of PiYo and it looks both fun and VERY challenging! Slacking??!! No such thing with Jari! I can only take a half hour of her with the modification! You done good! Indyrose > > > Hi all, yesterday I got my newest Jari Love that I had preordered from . It is called Extremely Ripped 1000 Hardcore. These names sure keep getting longer. LOL. This one has the whole workout together, or 2 30 minute workouts on it and I think a few other premixes. I did the 1st 30 minute workout. This one also has the dark set that is typical Jari. I love mostly all the Jari's but I am just not sure on this one. I think I prefer her just strength ones. This one had too much cardio for me and I just kinds struggled with it. She does show modifiers, but there were a lot of modifiers and the camera angle just couldn't show what all of them were doing all the time. I used to be able to do a whole 60 min. Jari workout and now I struggled with 30 min. I must be getting out of shape with all this slacking, but this one did seem harder to me, definitley more cardio than her usual. A lot of it is done up on the step. I used 2 risers, next time I will try it with one. I will be doing workout 2 tomorrow. Have a great day all. > > >

Guest guest
I just finished up KCM kickboxing workout 1. I liked it, but I thought I would like it more than I did. I think if I did it a few more times thru it would be good, I got mixed up on a couple of the combos. It was a good workout though. I am off to shower and head out to work now. Have a great day everyone.
