Guest guest
I did an HIIT workout on my treadmill today, and I'm not so sure about it. I ran as fast as I could manage for one minute and then walked until my HR came down into the upper 130s. Sounds like a good and different workout. How are you liking your treadmill? I hope your butt doesn't start hurting you. Mine quit hurting, but started back up a couple of days ago. I thought it was going to full force again, but luckily it wasn't. I don't know what made it come back. ~
Guest guest
Luckily, the pain in the butt is gone this morning! I also hit a new low on the scales!! Yeah!!! HIIT, here I come! I have Turbo Fire on hold from the library -- I'm # 28 in line for it, but they have 6 copies... Indrose > > I did an HIIT workout on my treadmill today, and I'm not so sure about it. I ran as fast as I could manage for one minute and then walked until my HR came down into the upper 130s. The walking time kept getting longer... I kept this up for about 25 minutes then warmed down and stretched. I was dripping with sweat. But now, even after a proper warm-down, stretch and hot shower, my butt (piriformis) is trying to tighten up again for some sciatica pain. I specifically stretched to avoid that, darn it! > > Why, oh, why does running make my butt tighten up that badly??
