Rebounder and Abs

Morning! I did a short easier workout with African Bound from urban rebounder. It was an okay workout, pretty upbeat, but my heart was just not into dance lately. The workout is only 18 minutes so I trucked through it and tried to stay with his positive upbeat banter. I did yoga based abs from Cathe's ab circuits. It was so-so for me, I didn't find it totally tough or exciting. It could be b/c I was tired, but I didn't find it the same Cathe. Still waiting on mailman with Grammie's Xmas card. I'm jealous you can even DO African Bound!   I can't even finish the basic workout or the one for seniors!

Sometimes I cheat and don't bounce much. I have been using the mini trampoline for other workouts when I don't feel like putting the impact on my joints and bones. Almost like a soft surface for me. KASSIAwife,mother,student,kettlebellehttp://ldysolana.blogspot.com

Yes, I use it more for that than actual rebounding workouts - saves the joints! Hugs
