Guest guest Posted December 28, 2011 Report Share Posted December 28, 2011 I've been sleeping a bit better since X-mas, and woke up w/ some energy and time today - yay! My back is loads better too. What a relief. I decided to try one of 's new ones and went with Stepboxing. I LOVED it. No lyrics in the music, but the beat was fun and great. The combos were great, and just loved it all. The workout flew. I worked hard, and it felt great! I burned 425 with my average at 146 at the end (32 minutes). I wanted some core or yoga afterwards, decided to go with a harder yoga. I put in Bob's Weightloss Yoga and did the Level 3, 10 minute session. Perfect. I put my HRM on for that one too cuz I knew it would elevate my heart rate. I burned 130 calories with my average at 139. Good stuff. If I would have started with this workout, I know I wouldn't have had that high or a burn or average, but since my HR was already boosted, it didn't have problems getting there again I'm sorry I haven't been around much. So much to do, and not enough time or motivation to tackle all. I plan to get my butt in better gear w/ fitness and posting here as well. Miss you guys!Darcy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
