Guest guest Posted December 27, 2011 Report Share Posted December 27, 2011 Texas Sheath Cake Mix in bowl 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 1 tsp soda Melt – 2 sticks Olea Add – 4 tablespoons Cocoa 1 cup Water Bring to rapid boil, pour over dry ingredients. Add ½ cup Buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla – mix well Bake in cookie sheet pan with edge Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes, check with toothpick to see if is done. Make icing for Sheath Cake Melt – 1 stick Olea Add – 4 tablespoons Cocoa 6 tablespoons Butter milk Bring to boil – take off of fire and add – 1 box of powered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup pecans (broken up.)
