Guest guest Posted December 27, 2011 Report Share Posted December 27, 2011 I see the lower body premix on Muscle Max is 23 minutes but I'm wondering if that includes the w/u and c/d or if I have to pick those separately (and if so, how much more time would they add on to the workout)? I'm trying to plan next month's workouts and am too lazy to go down to the basement, put in the DVD and find out for myself right now (maybe tomorrow though if no one answers by the time I go to check it out).
