Hi Everyone,

I don't think I posted my workout for yesterday - but it was Firm Super Body Sculpt w/ and 10 Min Solution Yoga (original) flexiblity section. Today was Firm Super Cardio Sculpt w/ Kay (used the taller part of the FL - the blue segment for the step portions and it definately increased the challenge!) and the stretch segment from Exhale Core Fusion Pilates Plus (love that one!). I'm finding it easier to get 10 min of flexibility in rather than trying to force 20 or more minutes. I'd like to devote more time to yoga but in the mornings I'm in a very un-yogic mood - rushed, thinking ahead about what I need to get done to get myself and DD out the door w/ minimum tears and stress! Ideally, I'd love to do yoga in the evenings, but on the days I work in the office I get home too late (and have to do the homework/dinner thing) and on the days I work at home I often have activities scheduled for my DD (art class, etc.) and I do try to

get to bed relatively early since the alarm goes off at 4:30!Tomorrow I am going for a long walk w/ my friend - we usually go for 1 to 2 hours! Saturday will be a rest day.I'm planning on a strict limited buy plan for 2012. I added Booty Barre Beginners to my Amazon cart today as a "filler" to get free shipping on an art book I'm buying for my DD. I think other than the X-Factor kit, there isn't much I really want that I must have immediately (and, I'm not even sure X-Factor is an "immediate" wish as I'm thinking of maybe doing a barre rotation after the FIRM). I'm holding out for hopefully a sale on X-factor or maybe a Target Gift card for Xmas! Oh - did you know that you can pay w/ your Discover rewards at Amazon? I cashed in my rewards when I did my Xmas shopping and saved quite a bit. I mainly use my Discover card for gas, groceries, and shopping, so my points add up quickly. DH and I, however, do try to pay off our balances

every month. When we were very young we carried balances and had to pay off enormous amounts of debt and vowed not to carry balances unless absolutely necessary.Ok -better run!Donna
