Guest guest
Dear Rob – Happy Birthday to you for the other day. Hope you had a good one matey! You have the same birthday as my God son, he turned 5 and was in the park and feel off his bike. Broke the humorous in his right arm, poor little tackerL. Despite feeling sorry for himself he is lapping up the spoon feeding that is a result of it. Hi all I have not logged on for a few days, when I log on at home I also tend to log on to work and so I decided that I would not check anything for a couple of days, see if the sky really does fall in and it didn't. So back at work now and I feel sort of energised, it was tough getting out of bed when for the last week I was springing out of bed every morning – go figure! I have caught up on the posts and it seemed like everyone has had a good New Year – congratulations to everyone and I am sending lots of positive vibes of encouragement so that this coming year will be happy and ultra successful for us all. I have had a few minor NSV's over this break. I bought a dress off the rack in 's that was on special. Now normally you never get a real bargain, but this time I did and I wore it out on NYE and it was so pretty, felt really `special' and couldn't stop grinning to myself when I thought that a little while ago a bargain was only paying $40 for a tee shirt in the BIB section or something. I have 87 more sleeps until my holiday, that doesn't leave me much time to reach the goal I had set myself – but you know what, I am not too worried. I had envisioned being at goal weight and buying some nice things over there, but now its just going to be lots of the things that I always buy myself that don't depend on what the scales say – accessories, shoes and make up. Guest guest
Hi , Well done on your NSV - how nice to get a real bargain!!! I have decided thet this year i am going to get healthier which means getting a bit more excerise in and making better food choices and if in the meantime i lose some weight - all the better!!! I did not make a New Years Resolution too lose weight in 2007 as that is a set up for failure for me but i do think it is conceivable to walk a bit more and to make healthier food choices! Lucky you having something to look forward to (your holiday) I cant make any plans as my job isn't terribly secure at the moment! Cheers, Elaine
