Guest guest
Work should be banned ... or is that banded ... whatever. It should be a place where we go two days a week and get paid to take time off. I was good on Christmas day. I had 3 scampi, one piece of potato, one glass of wine, one pannacotta .. ah how do you spell that stuff ... and half a dozen lollies. eeek. Oh, and some pistachio nuts. hmmm No turkey, no duck, no chook ... not a bird in sight. Not even a ham in sight? What is with that? But then when I got back, I felt like I had missed out because I didn't over eat so I made a parfait and nibbled on that ... had four squares of chocolate ... didn't like it so don't know why I did it ~ to prove I didn't like it? but I finished the block anyway over the week. Perhaps my new years resolution should be "THROW IT OUT", don't keep it in case you like it later. I need to eat healthier this year to make up for the first ten twelfths of last year. I have even gone off the old cruskits so now I am looking for a replacement on which to spread my healthy food. I am not interested in food ~ everything I think about, I think "can't be bothered" to. But I am still hungry and my tumm tumm growls and I get light headed and shakey. I had lime and salt crusted calamari on new years eve. It would have been OK except that it didn't taste of the lime and salt. OK so time to find inspiration. Guest guest
Hi Bev, I have become addicted to cruskits with low fat cottage cheese and a little bit of sweet chilli sauce on top. Yummy!!! But since i haven't been to work, I am having DREADFUL withdrawals from my daily skinny lattes (ok make that 3 lattes!) I am also climbing the walls as my new year's resolution was to give up those dammed ciggies.
