Hi Guys,

Hope you all had a great Xmas and that the new year is starting off well.

We got back from our lovely week away down south to discover that our modem has packed it in. It wont be replaced till later this week. While we were away Rob and I were both commenting how it was the longest we can ever remember being away from the internet. As soon as we got home we both raced to our laptops and we couldn't get on. It is amazing how reliant we have become on the web. I was having major withdrawals so here I am at Hornsby mall in an internet cafe....

I hope everyone is well. My weight is still below 100 so I am very happy. Off to Curves this afternoon. I will spend this weekend catching up on all the news from Sydband and look forward to speaking and hearing from you all soon
