Guest guest Posted December 19, 2011 Report Share Posted December 19, 2011 My foot was bothering me all day yesterday and kept me up a lot last night, it is actually worse instead of better, I hope that changes soon. I'm seeing the doc again on Thursday for another shot and check of my orthotics too (I didn't have them with me last week and they might need an adjustment). Anyway, I had 10 lb. Slimdown Upper Body down to do today and did it, I just kept the cardio intervals very low impact. She shows that option first and it was hard to stick with it but I did. I used 5s for the weights but I think I could probably go a little higher, will try 6s next time. I wasn't going to do any circuit workouts with this rotation, just pure strength on MWF and pure cardio on TTh but was picking out workouts for this week really late last night and this was what I found first that I hadn't done in a while that fit the time frame for upper body I needed so I went with it. I put down her lower body & core workouts for later in the week but might switch those to pure strength workouts, especially if my foot isn't any better, it was hard not jumping with those cardio intervals! :-) Off to work soon!
